If some of the coffee drips across the book, this could lead to reddish pages that cling collectively. Use household items to quickly erase coffee stains. Even if the stain is ancient, it can be removed and the pages of your book restored to far better condition. In a mixing dish, combine 3/4 cup white vinegar and 1/4 cup water. Make absolutely sure the container is large enough even to immerse the stained portion of both the book’s sections in.

Immerse the stained spot inside the vinegar solution sufficiently enough just to soak the pages but it’s not so much that now the liquid penetrates deeper than needed into the page. After removing the book from the vinegar solution, place it on a clean cloth. Using white paper towels, blot the soiled pages by stacking them on top of and underneath the page and pressing them together. Continue to blot with fresh paper towels until no more moisture is transferred to the paper towels. 

To remove any leftover coffee stains, mix 1/3 cup bleach with 2/3 cup water in a small mixing bowl. Use the cleaning solution with such a brush towards the coffee-stained regions and brush gently. Wipe all the water first from the newspaper using absorbent paper. Place wax paper between both the pages that have been washed, and afterwards heat individual pages with such a low to moderate settings on a garment heater. Your pages would be flattened and cured as a consequence of all this.

Once you’ve removed as much coffee as possible, place the paper on a waterproof surface. To prevent a repetition of both stains, make absolutely sure that material is totally clean.

You can either place the paper onto a large waterproof surface or place a tiny waterproof surface under it, depending on the size and possible binding of the paper.
