Load your spray can halfway with water and Two to Three drops of washing soap. Spray the window with lubricant to keep it from scratching. Continue to wet the cement with soapy water. Because of the porous nature of the cement, it absorbs soapy water and becomes easier to remove.

When soaking the concrete for several mins, scrape it off the window utilizing a plastic craft knife. Using your hose, rinse the glass and sponge away any leftover residue. If there is any cement left on the glass, rinse it clean with the hose once more. Spray the non-acidic concrete cleaner towards the glass . Some removal products are liquids that must be diluted with water, while others are delivered via aerosol spray.
