“The best way to get the dust out of your lungs is by drinking water and having a proper shower. That is if you can’t afford access to the facilities”. Besides this, there are several other things that you can do.

Talk to your doctor who will tell you from a medical standpoint to suck it up.

Buy an expensive water filter that helps your lungs recover, but is not as effective as the other methods mentioned above.

Do nothing and keep working on site until you have permanent alveolitis or even pneumoconiosis if you don’t remove that concrete dust from your lungs.

Visit a Facility containing machines that suck out the dust, but they are expensive so take this advice from Andrew who has been working for 6 years in site. “You might want to ask around if any of your family members or friends can rent you something like that”.

Take some medicine. The doctor will prescribe you some sort of drug that costs way too much money and makes you feel like over-the-counter cough syrup (ie. Robitussin). However, it isn’t as effective at removing concrete dust from your lungs.

Go see a faith healer! This method is very good because faith healers are usually cheap and can make miracles happen! For example, my grandfather used to get sick all the time when he was younger (he actually died once and was brought back to life by a faith healer) and now he never has any problems!

Take cough syrup with codeine. This is an expensive but effective way of removing concrete dust from your lungs due to the fact that codeine makes you stop coughing (yes, once you start taking it you won’t be able to stop).
