How long is TERRO liquid ant bait good for?

Every three months, for example, the T300 TERRO® Liquid Ant Baits need to be replaced. Is there anything else you’d like to know about ant baiting or ant control inside or outside?

How long does TERRO last?

Individual ants can be eliminated within 48 hours, and small nests can be eliminated within days. Thousands of ants and several queens in a large colony may take weeks for the nest to collapse.

Can ants become immune to TERRO?

It is impossible for the ants to develop resistance to boric acid. They will perish if they fall for the bait. Because of the size of the colony, it may take some time before all of the ants have disappeared.

When should you throw out ant bait?

When a bait supply is depleted, replenish it with new ones. To prevent ants from returning after control has been achieved, baits should be replaced every three months. Food handling establishments, restaurants, and other places where food is commercially prepared or processed should not use this product in areas where food is consumed.

Can you put TERRO ant bait on kitchen counter?
