The normal soccer cleats provide inadequate traction and will cause discomfort. They’re also not allowed on turf fields due to the fact that they cause wear on the turf faster.

The majority of players feel more formal when they are allowed to wear spikes made of metal and, when they go into high school almost everyone wears them. Yes, wearing cleats with metal during high school baseball games is allowed and is encouraged.
