If your password is no longer valid or you have forgotten it, click upon ‘Forgot your Passphrase?’ You will get an email from Mediacom with a new passphrase to the email address that you used to register for the Mediacom internet account. After successfully entering further into Home Network Manager, users will be taken to a central Control Panel page of the program.

Make your selection from the “My Wireless Network” drop-down menu in the panel just on the left-hand side of the page. Now, here on the right side of the screen, select “Wi-Fi,” and it will display your existing “Network Name (SSID)” and “Passphrase” that you previously entered.
