The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is a form of lifeguard training (NPLQ)

This shorter lesson tests your ability to use the concepts you learned in Unit 1 in the workplace. You’ll learn about fundamental pool administration, slide management, diving areas, cleaning and maintenance, health and safety, and other topics.

The theory portion of the course is not difficult, but it can be intense over the course of five days. There is a lot of first aid knowledge to understand, and taking a first aid course beforehand is usually good.
