I’ve been contemplating getting a Daith-piercing within the next few months. I’m aware that while the Daith piercing process is healing it is not advisable to wear headphones as it could cause irritation to the piercing as well as cause bacteria to enter the area however, I was curious about what people’s experiences were with headphones while healing a Daith.

In general, it is recommended to avoid using earphones before your new piercing gets close enough to touch. If you truly would like to heal your puncture quickly, remove earphones from your ears for about 2-4 weeks.

After one week after having your Daith pierced, you can wear earphones made of silicone. headphones are more comfortable than Apple Airpods. The earphones made of silicone have more than a domed cone. are a perfect fit.
