While the distance is short, you’d want to leave some extra time in case things don’t go smoothly.

Traveling by boat costs less than $100 which is really cheap.

If you are not worried about how long it will take and what happens onboard, this would be the cheapest way to get to Puerto Rico from another Island.

You need about 12 hours of travel time but it’s worth it if money is an issue for you since the costs are low.

It would cost around $1-2 per hour of travel time depending on where your starting point was.
