Is mead perishable?

Unopened bottles can readily last for years, if not decades. Once opened, the classic mead will readily last a few months in good condition. Please keep in mind that the quality of mead may deteriorate over time, and if you decide to consume some that has been open in a cabinet for over a year, it may not taste as good.

At room temperature or refrigerated, an opened bottle of our classic meads can easily survive three months or more. If actually stored in a cool place that is dry away from direct sunlight, an unopened bottle of our lighter meads can survive 1-2 years.
